Introduction

In the context of its activity as a consultant and manufacturer of customised water treatment solutions, OSEIDO, whose head office is located at 18 avenue de Mazère, 31210 MONTREJEAU, is required to collect and process information, some of which is qualified as “personal data”.

OSEIDO attaches great importance to the respect of privacy, and uses this data in a responsible and confidential manner in order to comply with the legislation in force (law no. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018 relating to the protection of personal data with reference to law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, known as the Data Protection Act)

On the website https:www.oseido.tech, there are 2 types of data that may be collected:

– Data transmitted directly

This data is what you send us directly, via a contact form or by direct contact by email. The “name” and “email” fields are mandatory in the contact form.

– Data collected automatically

During your visits, once you have given your consent, we may collect “web analytics” type information relating to your browsing, the duration of your visit, your IP address, your browser type and version. The technology used is the cookie.

Use of the data

  • The data you send us directly is used to contact you again to follow up your request. This information is sent using the https protocol, which protects the information when it is sent.

  • Web analytics” data is collected anonymously (by recording anonymous IP addresses) by Google Analytics, and allows us to measure the audience of our website, the consultations and possible errors in order to constantly improve the user experience. This data is used by OSEIDO, which is responsible for data processing, and will never be transferred to a third party or used for any other purpose than those detailed above.

Legal basis

Personal data is only collected after the user has given his or her mandatory consent. This consent is validly collected (buttons and check boxes), free, clear and unequivocal.

Shelf life

Data from the contact form will be stored for a maximum of 3 years. Data in the form of analytics cookies are stored for a maximum of 24 months and 1 year for acceptance of cookies.

Hyperlinks

The site https://www.oseido.tech contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, set up with the authorisation of OSEIDO. However, OSEIDO does not have the possibility of checking the content of the sites thus visited, and consequently will not assume any responsibility for this.
